This case originally involved four allegations, that the school failed to:
- Implement the student's 504 plan;
- Implement the student's individualized education program (IEP)
- Conduct a manifestation determination before significantly changing the Students's placement; and
- evaluate the student in a timely manner.
During the investigation, a concern about use of restraint on the student was identified.
