This case had 6 allegations:

1. Whether the School failed to implement the Student’s Section 504 plan during XXXX on XXXX XX, 2016;
2. Whether the School failed to follow the Student’s Section 504 plan and then his IEP during his exclusion from the School; and
3. Whether the School disciplined the Student differently based on the Student’s national origin.
4. Whether the School failed to evaluate the Student in a timely manner;
5. Whether the School failed to make placement decisions for the Student using a group of persons knowledgeable about the student, the evaluation data, and the placement options; and
6. Whether the School failed to conduct a manifestation determination before changing the Student’s placement.
